COMMUNITY PET POLICY
 
Pet Rent:                       $35 monthly per pet
Pet Fee (onetime):        $250 fee

Purpose:
To maintain a safe and harmonious living environment within our apartment community by establishing guidelines for the number of pets, breeds of dogs, and weight restrictions.

Number of Pets:
Each apartment is permitted up to two pets.
*Reasonable exceptions can be approved by management for fish and other small, caged animals.

Breed Restrictions:
The following dog breeds, known for their potential aggression or higher risk behaviors, are prohibited from residing in the community:

• American Pit Bull Terrier
• Rottweiler
• Akita
• Doberman Pinscher
• German Shepherd
• Siberian Husky
• Chow Chow

Requirements for Dog Owners:

• All dogs residing within the community must be vaccinated in accordance with local regulations and provide proof of vaccine records to management.
• Dogs must be leashed and under the owner's control when in common areas.
• Owners are responsible for immediately cleaning up after their dogs.

Enforcement:
Any resident found violating this policy will be subject to penalties, including warnings, fines, or eviction, as deemed appropriate by management.
